Welcome to our WINTER Dinner where we will be celebrating the seasonal change.
With a tasting menu created by Ben Devlin, the direction of the dinner is influenced by what we see around us at this time of year, and by our memories of winter.
We hope to enhance the characteristics of our local ingredients, and to tell a story about what can happen in our shared habitat this season. We will look to ingredients like fresh game birds, mountain goat, apples and wood.
The ongoing dining concept is that each season will influence the flavour of the menu, décor, and look and feel.
This event is in partnership with Flugente Events who aim to showcase the food and ideas of international and local chefs to Brisbane.
The Winter Dinner will offer 6 courses, snacks and optional drinks pairings.
